Standard - Main Design
A custom-built temporary power hub designed to support the restoration process while providing a safe and controlled electrical environment for both restoration technicians and property occupants.
Key Features
- A custom-built temporary power hub designed specifically to support restoration equipment during drying and remediation works.
- The system operates independently of the property’s existing electrical infrastructure, ensuring:
- No additional stress on existing circuits
- No switchboard upgrades required
- No intrusive electrical works within the property.
- Installation will occur at the main point of supply (prior to any sub-circuits) using appropriately rated electrical cabling suitable for the installation.
- Integrated remote monitoring system with antenna, supporting 4G/5G connectivity and Starlink integration.
- The system will be designed and constructed in accordance with current electrical standards to ensure safe operation.
- A temporary switchboard distribution unit will be installed within the affected area.
Monitoring Capabilities
Each outlet/zone will be remotely monitored with the following functions:
- On/Off state monitoring
- kWh / energy consumption tracking
- Real-time voltage and current monitoring across connected equipment
- Equipment runtime verification to confirm operational hours of connected restoration equipment
- Power quality monitoring including voltage drops, spikes, and supply instability
- Remote alerts including:
- Circuit trips
- Power loss
- Abnormally low load (indicating equipment failure or disconnection)
Reporting & Data
The system will generate exportable reports for adjusters and insurers, including:
- Total equipment runtime
- Energy usage
- Fault alerts and interruptions
- Operational delays
- Reactive maintenance events
This ensures full transparency between contractors, insurers, and adjusters, helping reduce disputes and unnecessary claim costs.
All data will be monitored 24/7 in real time through a custom online dashboard displaying live system values.
Micro Version
Key Features
